My name is Rob Leys - I am a professional award winning car detailer, and Gleammachine was established in 2003 through a passion for, and dedication to, preparing vehicles consistently to the highest levels of automotive finishing.

Offering a service that is second to none, with an obsessive attention to detail throughout all treatments, and a choice of bespoke packages to suit all needs, I constantly strive for perfection whilst maintaining that personal touch.

Only the finest quality products and equipment (regardless of cost) are used, and we are not tied into one specific brand nor am I paid to endorse any. A lot of time is spent researching and testing products from numerous leading manufacturers, in order to create a superior finish that protects and enhances your vehicles appearance, and enabling me to keep up to date and on top of the ever-growing car-care industry.

No harsh chemicals - acids or alkalines - are used, and all of the products and techniques are carefully chosen to care for and protect your vehicles condition, whilst providing an affordable service to meet all requirements.

A fully insured mobile unit providing a service to your home or workplace, in addition to offering a secure, covered facility in RM16 if prefered.
Proving very popular is the drop off and pick up service, to and from the local train network (C2C), with a travel time into Fenchurch St of 35 minutes.
